What you can expect from us

• No sales pressure. You get a quote and time — no appointment pressure, no weekly follow-up calls.
• Transparent scope. The quote states what’s included — including scaffolding and the Pronovo incentive application — and what may be added separately in individual cases.
• Staged payment. Under our (German-language) terms and conditions (AGB), that’s 30% on order placement, 50% on delivery of the main components, and 20% after commissioning and acceptance — any deviations are noted in your quote.
