What you can expect from us
- Binding quote. You receive it in writing; it is valid for one month from the date of the quote – price and scope apply as stated.
- Transparent scope of services. The quote states what is included – including scaffolding and the incentive application to Pronovo – and what may be added separately in individual cases.
- Payment in stages. Under our terms and conditions (AGB), that's 30% on placing the order, 50% on delivery of the main components and 20% after commissioning and acceptance – any deviations are recorded in your quote.
