How is your solar electricity remunerated in Dübendorf?
Unlike in the large EKZ municipalities, Dübendorf has its own municipal utility with Glattwerk AG. This does not change the underlying model: Glattwerk also remunerates according to the market price model of the new Electricity Act – the basis is the quarterly reference market price of the federal government, secured by the minimum remuneration of 6.0 Rp./kWh for systems up to 30 kW (6.2 Rp. up to 150 kW without self-consumption; with self-consumption, the lower limit only applies proportionately for the first 30 kW).
For the guarantee of origin, it is worthwhile to become active: Glattwerk has been remunerating it with 1.50 Rp./kWh since 1 January 2026 – but only on request, not automatically. You forward the Pronovo confirmation to Glattwerk, the annual right of choice must be exercised by 30 November for the following year. With 4,000 kWh feed-in, that is around CHF 60.– a year for an email – an amount that we apply for as standard with every commissioning.

What incentives do you receive in Dübendorf?
The basis is the federal government: the one-off feed-in incentive (EIV) via Pronovo, around CHF 360 per kW for attached, CHF 400 per kW for in-roof systems (under 30 kW). For a 10 kW system, that is a good CHF 3,600.
In addition comes the tax deduction: Investments in existing buildings are deductible for state and federal taxes. There are no direct cantonal PV incentives – this is the case canton-wide. Dübendorf does not have a separate municipal PV programme in 2026 either: On energiefranken.ch, no City or Glattwerk contributions are deposited for photovoltaics or batteries for 8600 (Glattwerk provides incentives for geothermal probe heat pumps and thermal collectors; as of September 2026). What does exist: Anyone who insulates the roof or facade at the same time receives CHF 20 per square metre of module area from the Canton in addition to the insulation incentives. Which roofs characterise Dübendorf – from the centre to Gockhausen?
